outrageous live. for all the shit people talk about how loud earth or any of those bands are...thrones is way more so..ear bleedage.

I don't know, SunnO))) was pretty damn loud when I saw them.

I've heard of people trying to stay up front all the way through  Sunn O))) show and they end up vomiting from the volume.

Wow, it wasn't that bad for me, but the volume, vibrations, and massive amounts of smoke from the machine were pretty disorienting.

I just thought of this.  If you are newly into metal and want to gets some cd's, just got to a used record store.  You can find tons of great stuff for under $8 dollars most of the time.  For instance, in my last trip I got Impaled "Death After Life", Regurgitate "Hatefilled Vengence", Benumb "Withering Strands of Hope", and Chicago grindmasters Fleshgrind "Seeds of Abysmal Torment"  for less than $25.  Search and you shall find.
