Anyone here keto? High fat, moderate protein, as little net carbs as possible. Supposed to be great for weight loss, energy, mood, etc.
Anyway, my lunch bag consists of unsweetened plain yogurt with almond milk, chia seeds, a few blueberries, cinnamon and a squirt of stevia. Raw almonds and pumpkin seeds, salami and old cheddar, a chicken Caesar salad with spinach, celery, radish, mushroom, no croutons.. and an avocado.
My percentage guidelines are on point but I started this 5 days ago and haven’t lost much weight yet.. maybe I need to include some intermittent fasting in there too.
