That's a shoe being sold specifically for novelty. For the collectors and hypebeasts. Ironically, not for skateboarding at all.
The thing is NONE of those guys will be into this shoe.
Imaging an all white blazer, they could have saved the art for the insole and it would have been a best seller.
I might try to peel the writing off so i can wear em.
It's 2015, SB market (collection-wise) has been dead. Last release from SB that collectors and hypebeast wanted were Tiffany dunk high SB and Jordan 1 x SB. The De La high/low were mass produced and ended up at outets.
Just because a Nike model has crazy shit on it, doesn't mean collectors and hypebeast's want them.
No collector want this blazer, SB's aren't limited anymore. Plus, they're ugly.
No hypebeast want this blazer, not hyped up enough. If it said "supreme" writing on the side, then whole different story. Sold out same day.
