I have the opposite need - I wear orthotics with a small post under the heel, so I'm way up on my tippy toes if the shoe has much heel drop. Tyshawns work fine for me, so I assume they'd be too flat for you.
I tried NB# 440's and couldn't wear them, mainly because there was too much heel drop, so I think they should work for you. Adidas Busenitz, as others have said, probably have the most heel drop of any skate shoe out. Cons Pro Leather, NB# 508, and NB# 1010 would be worth your time to try on as well.
