I just got back into skating recently. I was real sick with the flu and my friend bought me a Thrasher with the Mark Suciu article in it, promoting his filming trip across the East Coast. This article alone inspired me to get off my ass and start skating again, and I have had the Cross Continental part on repeat for a couple months. It reminds me of Pappalardo's Mosaic part (obviously), but just has its own flavor, with the song selections, timing, spots, and everything. Great example of skating as an art rather than dumb sport. I'm embarking on my first skate mission tomorrow after receiving my gear in the mail and will have his style and those lines at love in mind.
Also, Adrian Williams in Think's Business as Usual and Busenitz' Double Rock session.
