I always pictured Reynolds being the kind of dude who would ride his shit til it was dust just based on his personality and how he is, but I guess I was wrong. Setting up a new board "everytime he steps on one" is a bit excessive though. Even if I had a ton of boards at my disposal I'd still probably only switch my board out once every couple weeks at the most. I do enjoy the ritual of a new board setup but it really can be a pain in the ass too when it has to be done a lot.
Also I feel him on the black grip only thing; having to look down at a graphic or cutout distracts me way too much.

makes you appreciate brands like Baker, all DLX, Girl/Choco... and hope they all continue to find ways to stay on kids' radar. ? Thiebaud and Reynolds seem to have changed so many skaters' lives for the better. ? If anything, I hope the new batch of FA, Quasi, etc. use their influence and $$$ for good and not simply get out when the getting's no longer good. ?

my favorite part was the gear talk, could've listened to him talk about trucks and wheels for the whole 2 hours.

Weekend Buzz is made for youtube. Alot of people listen to nine club as a podcast, which would be pretty worthless for skate clips. Just open that shit in another tab if you're sitting there.
