It's understood that skateboarding magazines exist to sell skateboards, but, fuck them all until they address the JJ bullshit. Once in a while they will have to pretend to care about skate culture in a sense that isn't immediately monetizing. Not too much to ask.
I hope Jenkem can continue to break the mold of Thrasher & TWS and address this.

jenkem is the shit, and they probably dont have much cashflow, i dont see them biting the hand that feeds them (cons) so i wouldnt expect them to adress anything anytime soon.

I've been trying to ignore what has been going on here latley
I have been quite nicely high on pain meds coz I had a minor operation on
Saturday and I've just sorta ignoring what's going on here..

Ambassador: paying a big name skater to just.. Associate and talk about how skating fuels their dumb new hobby
Old Soul: quit the wack brands early on and occasionally hangs with oblow
You have to see him skate in person: super average but knows where I live
Super Loyal: probably got an offer from nike/adidas once but likes the low expectation, big-fish-in-small-pond situation better.
Responsible, Mature: gunning for that TM job in a year

Wow, CANASTA is the skate video I watch the most. Remy Taveira part is just perfect. Maybe its just very specific but the video really speaks to me.

I hate absolutely fucking hate it when someone uses a craptastic term such as LEGEND or any other loose use of the term to describe or shout out as they see something okay or mediocre at best.
