I’m not saying that SLAP is the reason for this but I wouldn’t write if off completely. The Pre-book for that “Alltimers is going out of business” stuff happened while that thread was popping and is 100% a nod to SLAP.

Arguably the only scene more judgemental, gatekept and arbitrary than skateboarding is grafitti. I'd say Emile's painting is as goofy and entertaining as his skating and a lot of what people on here hold up as examples of "good" grafitti looks like some decorative airbrush trash on a provincial arts and crafts market.

Im Just a fan of the brand, i like the clothes from Polar, the shapes, the art, and i like the skateboarding from their team.
Im Just saying that in my opinion was obvious that Emile was going pro. He skates so good all around(transitons, street).he skates gnarly spots and makes those long lines which he looks like he playing thps game😁...cover of thrasher, skates for asics. Yesterday ive seen a noseslide (on asics TM insta Page) he does in this long rail without run up, so nice .. that spot looks like a thps spot for real .
I mean in my opinion Emile was going pro for sure and without the Need of somebody's influence on slap or something.
