I used to experience the same ass explosions after nights binging on hot wings... for me the fix was substituting my normal beverage with non fat milk. If I do beer and wings, I knock paint off the walls the next day.

Before skating, it is mandatory for me to take a shit.
Also before going out to party.

Shit, I haven't been vaccinated for anything this year... I usually do but work's been so insane that all the places that give shots are closed by the time I'm ready to get one.
