loved omar's part- his skating is so fast and everything just seems a little sketchy which makes it that much gnarlier, forgot how versatile he is too
jake - deep bag of tricks, amazing wallride- i have no idea how he pulled that off and his ender is crazy. he's got so much switch pop its ridiculous.
arto - wasn't sure about the song at first but its really grown on me, edited perfectly i.m.o. to fit, you can't mess with arto's style and he can ride a front board for miles, that first switch trey is amazing also and the kf nosepick is crazy; its not his sorry part but it felt like a natural progression from the pre-knee injury arto
dylan - another ATV style skater, loved the no push line with the hardflip and tail kf out and the fakie trey was sick, has pretty smooth style also, enjoyable part
berra/dyrdek - both a little better than i expected but still short and nothing too amazing
kalis - i'm not the biggest fan of kalis but after watching his part i know why so many people are; deep bag of tricks, great pop, really liked his sw flip back tails and his ender was amazing, not sure how you can have that kind of board control
grant tayor - always knew he had tranny skills but never knew that he went as big as he does in his part - that triple set ollie was huge; he has mass pop (looped flat gap) and also was floored to see that half cab b.smith, pretty cool. that front board to end was so great too.
dill - pretty much what I was expecting, but I do appreciate his wallie-to-tricks and manny combinations. i remember seeing a karl watson ad where he 360'd out of a manny but it wasn't even on the level of dill's ender, really sick trick.
bledsoe - i'd seen the interviews and pictures but i didn't know that he had such smooth style on top of a solid bag of tricks. seems to be able to flip or shuv out of almost any trick, and i especially liked that massive hardflip and front board pop over, dude can only get better
mikey - better than his dvs part i think, one of the guys who hits handrails and makes them look decent good, thought his ender was cool also
AVE - skates with such power and speed and i was surprised by the handrail attack, thought the backtail to noseslide combos were sick too. you pretty much know what to expect from him and he definitely lived up to it with his part.
Heath - one of the most amazing parts i've seen recently, almost any trick could have been an ender for others, i think the morissey song will make or break it for some people but i found it to kind of amp up the drama of how big he's going, the white curved hubba was amazing, the two 360's where he takes flight basically were crazy and obviously his two enders were just insane. the flick he has is insanely fast.
overall probably the best video i've seen in a number of years; i know many don't like the interspiced shots and the editing but i think it helps to create an overall look and feel to the video, versus fragmented individual sections, which is an aspect i appreciated. well done and it rightfully can be placed next to the other AWS vids in my opinion.
