I've had the game for about three weeks now and I feel like I'm missing something...on all these videos, you guys are popping tricks mad high and getting hella speed on flat...I saw a video where a dude was doing tricks like 360 Flip Crooked Grinds up Hubba Hideout. What am I doing wrong? I feel like it's not a timing thing on the popped tricks...any tips or info?

for me when i first got it i couldn't get any speed because every two feet i'd bump into something. i don't play it all that much but i still can't do the more complex flip tricks. some people got it i guess. i'll stick to call of duty 4.

HOW TO GET ONTO A ROOF

Yo this opens up so many spots, it takes like a minute and a half to two minutes but so worth it.
Alright I have only done this at gas stations so I dont know if it works on other rooftops but...

Go under the roof and set a respawn point there.

Then keep falling in the same place (flatground methods do the trick) and letting it respawn on its own do not hit the respawn (left trigger and up) button or this wont work.

(Pressing x after you fall quickens the auto respawn.)

And everytime your guy respawns he gets a little higher until eventually he gets to roof height and he glitches out for 10 seconds then your on the roof and it would probably be wise to set another reset point once your up there just incase you fall off and don't wanna do the whole thing again.

There's a youtube video that shows how to do this but I couldn't find it. You might wanna watch it if what I said doesn't make sense or isn't working.

Now someone get on remaking Daewon's 2nd to None part!

Dude, this game fucks with me all the time, for a while I couldn't do a couple missions in the career mode because I would just fall through the floor and start doing cartwheels in space.

I've found one thing you can do is change profiles or make a new profile, load up a map with that profile, then exit and change profiles to your original character, sometimes it helps.

But if you can even access the menu screen i dunno what to tell you.

yup, i dunno, but ever since I got it it's become progressively glitchier, it makes no sense.

And my friend has been playing it as long as I have and his is fine.

Any other game I would be pissed, but I like this game too much, I can't stay mad at it.

Sounds like either your disc is scratched or your 360 has started to overheat, something which the system can do, unfortunately. Do other games work well?

all the other games work fine. the disc seems perfect. no scratches, no grease. they're probabely not gonna offer a refund unless it's Halo 3 which makes me wanna shoot myself

p.s the only other game i have is the free arcade compilation which is pretty lofi in graphics and sound (i don't know if that makes much of a difference on how it operates)

i was getting that disc unreadable thing for a while, now its just giving me that "red ring of death", i think i need to send it back into microsoft. its wack, im fiending for some EA skate and mass effect like a motherfucker right now.

you have no idea. it's been snowing all week and i just got a new tv. hooked up everything in excitement after a stressful week and then shit like this happens
