Pretty much everything I was going to post has been mentioned at least briefly, but I'll go through everything.
It basically comes down anxiety, poor health/low T, Porn induced ED.
Eat healthy and get good sleep. Lots of greens, good protein, fiber, i take a small zinc supplement before bed.
Lift weights and exercise, increases testosterone and helps with heart health. Be mindful that alcohol is likely wrecking your sleep and energy levels if you are drinking alot. Also, SSRI antidepressants are a nightmare for ED as well.
And lastly, it sucks this gets associated with kooky shit like no fap, but porn can really do a number on your brain. Stop watching, and stop wanking just because you are bored. Wait until you are truly horny to let your seed out.
I would suggest trying this stuff before instantly going to medication. It sucks being dependent on medication and it enables your shitty habits. A pet peeve of mine is people who drink caffeine all day and stare at their phone for an hour in bed, saying they need Ambien to sleep. It also really helps to have an understanding partner for issues like this, it's pretty common for women to blame their appearance as the cause of this issue when it is almost certainly something else/a combination of things.
edit: I'm glad someone made a thread on this though. I gave up porn like two and a half weeks ago and it's not really something I can go around talking about.
