Broke in a freshie at the best worst ledge this morning
[close]

Such respect for the F14, speaks to your board control to never slip out to a board / lipslide
[close]

Very pleasing photo

The scrapes... The trucks... The f14

But most of all. How the wood stain matches the ledge.
[close]

Precisely why I wanted to break it in at this ledge

@tzhangdox do you do tons of crooks regs and switch? Slappy ones? I'm trying to wrap my head around your Ventures and how they look like drumsticks that got ravenously chewed on. Fucking rad.

Yeah I do, the one I can't do on curbs or ledges is regular front crook. But I flip my trucks around regularly to make them last longer so it evens out. Pinched 180 nosegrind variations also hit the same spots.

Time to retire this Dane Brady 9” popsicle. Probably my favorite board ever honestly. Crummy slide marks overall but the nose tells a story.

Set this complete up last night and skated it for the first time this morning. I’m gonna see how many sessions it takes me to completely slide off the entire graphic

Is there a story behind only using 3 bolts?

This setup was subjected to one magnificent double-sided curb sesh, during which I did a few fs 5-0 to tails, then made like 3 attempts to become decent at boardslides before slamming on my surgery hand. Then I got the flu, and took it out for one more sesh when I thought I was recovered enough to skate, but ended up only landing 1 unpopped tre flip and a few slappy noseslides and fstails on this rusty metal edged ledge, hence the knife like scratches on the nose. I'm neutral on this graphic but I really like the scrape distribution on it, and the story is pretty unique.

Not sure if this is really a scrape report because the scratches on the tail and nose don’t really show up with the brown stain:

My Chico is looking good these days though!

Impish sausage is definitely gonna blow up as a euphemism this year

It's interesting to watch the scrapes on a symmetrical. This is my 4th one, and all but one had symmetrical scrapes on them by the end.

Are the red laces on the blazers borrest inspired?
