well... something along the lines of jumping on the back of a fast moving train is "extremely dumb" because it is "extremely" dangerous" and risky, due to the fact that falling off would cause whatever person that is "dumb " enough to try it to die or suffer "extremely".  Was that a rhetorical question or did you really want him to spell it out for you?
