If a person makes their living creating content it is going to be in their best interest to pursue these instances of theft. I can assure that they don't just say "Oh well, I guess there's nothing I can do about it." Also copyright suits are the not the only way to fight plagiarism. As Gentryfied mentioned, Fuckjerry is a perfect example of this. I can guarantee you they are doing some hard explaining right now in the wake of their and the other Fyre Fest doc.
