I loved Zero back in the day, still like it but kids nowadays couldn't care less about it I believe.
I feel that JT tried to do way too much at some time (having too many brands, remember Thread?) and Zero didn't get the care and attention that the brand needed.
That + the fact that the brand never evolved, or adapted to the current times, like Girl did.
I remember Pontus saying that the lifespan of a brand should be no more than 10 years or sth like that, probably true for such a niche brand as Zero.

Idk if this is the final nail in zeros coffin. But I hope so I loved zero as a kid and back most of the riders but damn JT just gives it a bad name at this point. With the legal shit and all the story’s from past that reflect poorly on him. It also comes off as forced 2000s image. Did Sandoval say something to the effect of he couldn’t skate tech even though he’s good at it in a zero video on his 9 club? If so shit let him skate tech etc. I wish zero would have died years ago on a high note before Jamie kooked the entire brand.

Zero is just trying to keep the thrill of it all real still and they are dying to live at this point. They keep adding new blood to their team but its always just some misled youth with all will and no skill. Its just a strange world we live in right now and the whole skate industry is in a sort of cold war with the big 90s and early 2000s brands that dominated before. Maybe if zero could put out another cool promo video that had no cash value with a ton of reggie and tguns footy, they will be fine.
