Are footprint insoles worth it?

Okay honestly, after the above post. Do everything they want of you, make a video. Talk about those specific topics they asked. Drop some eggs on the insoles. Have fun with it.

The video will get lost in the abyss of Youtube anyway. I personally would wear a mask because the idea of talking into a camera just doesn't feel right to me.

You gotta play a bit at their rules but if it means free insoles, why not?
