Skate trip destinations

Pretty much every winter my friends and I have been taking a trip somewhere when it's really fucking cold in Finland. You know, a few weeks somewhere warmer gives a nice brake to 5 months of snow, sleet or just shit. We've been to the States a few times, same with Barca and last winter we went to Shanghai. Where to this winter?

We want to go somewhere that isn't really that much of a bust, like Barca or Shanghai but still good for skating. You know what I mean. Moscow would be good but it won't do in the winter. Time frame I'm talking about is February through April.

There are people around the world here so, any suggestions?

maybe brazil or argentina? 
i hear good stuff about them and they don't give you shit for skating down there.

BTW, i envy you.  i wish i could take a trip to some far off land.
