I use to get so pissed at the filmers for their below waist footage, and it’s still triggering but I’m starting to feel like it’s the skaters complicity with it that’s truly the problem.

More of these pros need to take lead and start smacking around the homies who abuse the zoomies. I don’t know how this hasn’t happened yet. I’d be straight heated if I saw my clips without my body. When that girl was explaining Sully having eagle arms when he skates, I felt jealous because I wouldn’t know what he looks like at all from most his clips.

Either way, some how there were some gems though lots of butchered filming. Maybe dudes should start “playing dead” at the spot till someone who can properly film shows up.

I remember Tyshawn calling out Bill on filming, but seems nothing has changed. I assume contract obligations require him to film a part for Supreme and the filmer is Bill.

It was a kickflip but 360 flip is still a gigantic leap forward. I remember this being Cromer's ender and a pretty notable banger when it came out as well. 360 flip is unthinkable.



I like that TJ is taking flip tricks to the next level.. you can tell that he was a Baker fan as a kid as he's talked about.It's cool to see those influences but chanelled through his unique talent to create kind of a new genre of hammer skating.

Someone on here posted a photo from standing on top. That showed the spot perfectly. That is a time for B-Roll, other angles (hint hint: standing on top of the spot) and using EDITING to give context, weight, and meaning to a clip.

I respect Tyshawn SO MUCH for defending the filming publicly like this, but it's a combination of lack of B-Roll/photography and lack of editing finesse.

He shouldn't have to defend the filmers, the filmers and editor should be paying his skating it's proper respect by using every filmmaking technique possible to underscore how great Tyshawns tricks are. It's wild how botched his parts have been due to those around him.

I still think it all lays on Bills shoulders considering he is the director, editor, primary camera man, making others shoot in his style, and a producer.

It's wild that others have to answer for him when he continually botches others hard work. Seriously. It wreaks of narcissism that he is willing to hold up the video to creep on chicks, but won't hold up the video to show how fucked these spots are.

It's all about him.

troy was really good. overall, actually think the violet crew outshone the fa/hockey camp.
