I remember Ragdoll's one Birdhouse ad, did he even have a board for the few weeks he was on?

He had a board from 1993 through 1997. About 15-20. I think his last one was the fish series with the barracuda.

Did Mike V have pro models for Powell later?

I thought he only had the one from Public Domain era

Yeah, he had the silver on black lightning bolt one around 97/98, there was an ad with him, Cab, SantaRosa and maybe Stacy lowery all stood with their pro boards, Cab had an anime robot style one IIRC.

Maybe Antonio Durao's first pro model on Numbers. Or Mike Rusyck's Foundation first pro model?

Speaking of Dashawn, he could've only had that one pro model on Business and Company. The sock puppet graphic I believe.

Pretty sure Durao had multiple pro models on Numbers.

Leo Romero on Baker? Seems like he was on for only a season before heading back to Tum Yeto.

Who are some skaters who have had only pro model for a company before bouncing or the company going bust ?

I remember seeing this, and the very next issue of transworld he was on Habitat with a pro board

i believe mikey taylor and prod turned pro for city stars, and only had one board

He had another one. It was a bunch of skate related tickets. I remember because he was making a funny face as part of the ad. The tickets were neon pink and yellow on a white background.

I remember this because it threw me how quickly he dipped to Habitat after that.

that McCrank fire man graphic is identical to a digimon. That would have preceded Digimon though, no? Maybe Klein had some sort of intel. He’s known to copy & paste images blatantly.

Leo romero was pro for baker for a hot minute, I remember him being on the baker team site for a little, and then maybe a month later it was no more

He was on Foundation I believe (Transworld 1st Love) then Baker

Before Ed Templeton bounced to Tum Yeto, he and Mike Vallely had a short lived company called TV. Had one regular and one slick deck each to my recollection. Then it fell apart, I think, because they were both of being friends. Probably had a fight in a vegan restaurant.

These days people often go pro with two debut models - usually their name in the logo font, and then a custom graphic

I looked it up, got on Baker end of 2005, and left in april 2009...much longer than it felt

Chewy Cannon for Blueprint. If my memory serves me right he had only one model after their last video make friends with the color blue. Then the company folded and he went to palace.

Sadly, Van Wastell for Krooked.

I think he had two for Krooked (plus an In Memoriam board). And, randomly, a Life Extension board.

Thanks for making me check, because the white deck I bought a year or two ago is now worth roughly double what I paid (or at least that's what I can ask for).

Dashawn Jordan for Toy Machine I believe.

Felt like they signed him on, got him a pro board, then he dipped to April. Which honestly, he fits there more than he ever did Toy Machine.
Dashawn Jordan for business and company
