Mods, am I fucked?

I need to change the email for my account but I have multiple problems.
1)The email currently attached to my account is my girlfriends old address that she deleted
2)My current email is attached to the account i used before the server switch in like 08
3)I don't even remember my password because my settings are saved onto my laptop.

help?

so i remembered my password, but i still can't use my current email address because my old account is attached to it.
is there a way for you guys(mods/admin) to completely delete my old account? i believe it's just "Gutterhead," and if you need the email i can PM it to one of you.
