I posted this link saying it was a new song by Anton Newcombe http://thewillpower.org/enter.html A few days later I saw I was banned and wrote them and asked why.This was my answer.
"Because, you idiot- you posted a link to pornography on our forum.
While we are not offended by it it is pretty inappropriate and illegal. You could get us into a lot of trouble and have the whole forum shut down by bypassing the legal protocol of having someone confirm that they are over 18 years old before viewing pornographic material. What you did allowed an under age BJM fan to come to our forum, unwittingly click on a link that they think is music and then they view pornography.
Not smart dude.
Plus, you said that it was the latest work of Anton. By associating that with Anton could possibly be construed as defamation of character- something you proclaimed to a whole bunch of people on our forum. Anton's pretty pissed off and you'll be lucky if he and his lawyers don't pursue you on this charge. We have your address and your email address so it won't be hard to find you if this is the case.
Again, not smart dude.
Please stay away- we are only interested in creative, positive discussions about music and the like.

Yeah they're a bunch of weird kids who worship a guy with severe mental problems. I just joined to ask where to download the music for free because Mr. Anton is always claiming he gives his music away for free on the internet. I was looking up what exactly defamation of character is and found this
"The term defamation of character is often used to describe accusations of slander, libel or both. Slander involves verbal derogatory statements, while libel involves written ones. In a court of law, the plaintiff pursuing the lawsuit would charge defamation of character to cover any form of false or damaging allegations.
Defamation of character is notoriously difficult to prove in court, although the actual effects can be quite evident and damaging. If a disgruntled customer of a restaurant tells numerous people that the head chef has AIDS, for example, sales for that restaurant could fall and the employee might lose his job or find it difficult to work. Because the customer's slanderous statement concerns a specific person and an unproven accusation, the chef may have a legitimate case of defamation of character.
The main problem with proving defamation of character is the protection of free speech guaranteed by the First Amendment. Courts generally agree that an opinion, no matter how malicious, is not the same as a stated fact. If the disgruntled customer had said "Don't eat at Joe's Cafe. I think the food is lousy and the chef is sick," then defamation of character would be difficult to prove. Other people can still form different opinions. Once the customer said "Don't eat at Joe's Cafe. I know the chef and he has AIDS," then a statement of fact has occurred and a claim of defamation of character can be pursued.
Another problem concerning defamation of character is the actual truth of the statement. Some may argue that in order for defamation of character to occur, the alleged victim actually has to have character to defame in the first place. Calling a known neighborhood bully a 'thug' in the local paper wouldn't qualify as defamation of character, because it isn't a statement against fact. The truth is, the truthfulness of the statement isn't always a factor in actual court proceedings. In our hypothetical case, the court would assume the chef does not in fact have AIDS and the defendant knew this at the time the statements were made.
Very few defamation of character lawsuits actually reach the level of a court trial. Many are settled privately, in order to avoid even more damage from publicity. Since actual damages must be demonstrated, some cases are dismissed because the statements or accusations do not rise to the level of actual slander or libel. Hurt feelings or a loss of social standing may not reach the legal definition of damages. What few defamation of character cases do reach the court system are usually local in nature, such as a city councilman suing his local newspaper for implying he accepted a bribe.
In our case of the chef and the disgruntled customer, damages could most likely be demonstrated by restaurant sales records and testimony from other customers who heard the slanderous statements firsthand. Even if medical tests revealed that the chef did indeed have a medical condition, that fact alone would not mitigate the customer's obvious malicious intent. The customer was not working in the public's best interest at the time. Under these circumstances, the court would most likely find in favor of the plaintiff and order the defendant to pay punitive damages.
This is generally the same legal mechanism which allows celebrities to successfully sue tabloid publications. A truthful but malicious statement can still be considered defamation of character under the right circumstances."

Are you in the same state? I'd imagine it would be pretty much impossible to do anything if you weren't. Anyway it's not like that guy has any money or the mental stability to follow through with anything. And did you meatspin them? Besides all that, just because something happened with your account doesn't mean they can prove it was you. Just say some total meany jerk friend was over and you left your account signed on.

The best way to combat false authority is by asking questions. Find out why they are trying to force their reality on you when any good Shaman will get high with you and laugh in awe at there being such a variety of wonderful realities. One time on LSD I had a feeling of how important it is that Jesus doesn't fight as much as he sees the good in himself. I think that's key and what we need to do more. i like this piece, and the video that goes with it. coupled, they speak a disconnection between common ideology and the intrinsic feelings of the artist or the viewer brought forth by the notion of "homesick" where "home" is a no longer existent symbol in the passed time. "subterranean" infers a form of subduedness that is also present in the mute video, but also the soft shade of blue of the squashed lettering in the painting. lastly the irony of the coupling of the colour and the mood (by way of text and the pieces themselves) blue brings a humourous yet enlightening tone to the whole creation. i like what you have done there. my favourite part is how the word "blues" seems to stretch and loosen as it spells out, as if slurred out by an old folk.

Your art runs back into the room in your mommy's house where they were created when real art shows up. The pictures of yourself show that you have not evolved past the mindset of teenage girls. They are the only people who take that many pictures of themselves holding their camera in their self-obsessed idiocy. Your photos are therefore not art. Your words are not anymore poems than any generic band's lyrics. Your art is less art than the art I created in 1-5 minutes. Nothing you do earns respect from respectable people. Sigmund Freud once said that "It might be maintained that... paranoid ideation is a caricature of a philosophical system." In delusions of grandeur the sense of caricature is present without the sense of grand rationale that is provided in delusions of persecution. What may go overlooked, because of the psychotic context of the delusory belief, is that delusions of grandeur are not only venal but evince a desire for success without effort, a common element of criminal thought patterns. Looked at in this light, delusions of grandeur may be indicative of either a comorbid personality disorder or of the integration of personality disorder and thought disorder in paranoid schizophrenia. That is to say that delusions of grandeur, as described above by John Nash, may not constitute a discrete thought disorder (i.e. paranoid schizophrenic ideation) that is visited on an otherwise well personality. There is a sense of personal complicity in delusions of grandeur and it is possible that paranoid schizophrenia involves significant and possibly prior personality disorder. John Nash was described by many who knew him as insufferably narcissistic before he became schizophrenic.
Delusions of persecution may be intrinsically related to - and the flip-side of - delusions of grandeur in that the very idea that one is being persecuted by a complex of conspirators involves a sense of greatly elevated self-importance. Delusions of persecution, though generally disturbing and unpleasant - i.e. affectively different - can be seen to similarly arise from a grandiose self-conception.

Wintersox, please stop posting so much of your "art." Your are simply taking markers and writing on a dry erase board and taking a picture of it. You have produced so much "art" that you yourself have made your "art" a dime a dozen. You can't consider yourself original nor creative and justify it. If you would at least pic and choose what "art" you find to be the best and post it allllllll over the internet instead of just whoring every thing you have out, you might gain a micron of a shred of credibility.
Please also take note that anyone can scribble on dry erase boards. Maybe you could pass it off as art if you made it permanent and each dry erase board would be its own individual piece, but as of now you are still just a mentally challenged burnout with markers and an eraser.

I had the opportunity to check out a bunch of reviewers. Their art is apparently a bunch of dudes working for newspapers and magazines. Their art involves being negative about real art most of the time. Their selling point is a tone that tries so hard to convince the reader they are an authority on the matter of fact. Yet, there they are right next to the most ignorant propaganda writing what they are told is bold. Hoarding bad ideas and releasing worse ones like some kind of perverted squirrel. Not the real source of anything new, just playing catch up, trying to meet another person's deadline, the elder schoolboy still trying to make mommy and daddy proud with clueless reviews about art which he can't make and can't even interpret with validity.
There are two kinds of bad reviews. The first one is when the motherfucker tries to bring down great art. Wish You Were Here, glad I'm not, that kind of bullshit. The other kind of review is making shit art sound like the best. The singer actually sings as he huffs through a can of God's spray paint! The other day I had my recently added playing on my itunes while I was lurking on the computer. I had to take a shit, got up, and left my itunes playing carelessly. The worst part was my father came in the room and yelled into the bathroom "what the fuck are you listening to?".
