how people hate on shit like this is beyond me. some of these games have had me on the edge of my fucking seat like when im watching sports teams i actually give a shit about.

morgan smith vs koston is gonna be fucking incredible guaranteed at least 30 tricks . sewa vs wes will be ridiculous, hopefully wes pulls thru. but then again watching sewa beat prod would be sad but hilarious. billy vs mikemo will last forever as with cole and puds. and i think asta has what it takes to beat pj if pj is going to lose that is.

I also enjoy the fuck out of these games, because this is the only form of skate competition that you can actually feel similar rush compared to sports like football, basketball and hockey. In real skate contests the excitement comes from people landing crazy tricks, not the battle of who's gonna actually win. But this batb has just sucked so much compared to the previous ones, because the people in it don't seem excited on the format anymore and don't try their hardest.

And there has actually been games with 70 tricks, so 30 isn't shit compared to that.

Damn, Berra gained some chub. He tends to mumble like an insecure middle-schooler when he talks; at least now it's easier to rationalize why--he gains weight disproportionally in his tongue, and now the extra chub leaves his struggling to pronounce his stupid thoughts.

Also, damn, Felipe's trucks are tight. Like, depressingly creaky.

Tight trucks just don't make sense to me. I understand that it results in a level of control that works for Felipe as he switch-flip tailslides anything, Nyjah nosegrinding 23-stair rails, etc.; it but it confounds me that the skating on trucks with what seems like concrete for bushings could ever actually be fun for the skater.

That's a lame argument to say that there's no fun in skating tight trucks. I don't like to skate tight trucks, but that's just my opinion. And also f.ex. Bryan Herman has super tight trucks, but no one's saying that he's not having fun skating.

Skating tight trucks is the absolute worst.  No balance or style factor into tight trucks.  One should only have tight trucks if they are in the learning stages or if they are a kook.  Loosen those shits up.
I suck at SLAP.

I forgot I even watched this game. That was disappointing seeing as how we've seen how good Torey's flatground game is.
