Does ISmartMedia Marketing represent SlapMagazine? Scam?

Is Marketing ISmartMedia ([email protected]) representing slapmagazine or is a scam?

They are trying to sell us ads on your site.
I told them contact us by Instagram or phone, but they refused.

Scam?

We just hang out here, we don’t have any say so.   Talk to High Speed Productions or whatever the owners called
