He joined while they were all still on. I was on what turned into a Welcome trip with my friends who were all eventually shit on by Jason, and he suggested Ryan and Will come meet up with us to film. It felt really weird and unnatural, and like there was two teams even though they were really nice guys. But we all knew things were heading in a weird direction after that. Welcome is dog shit, Ryan is a nice guy I’m glad he’s jumping ship.

I back it.  Primitive makes some pretty wack graphics but their riders seem happy to skate for them.  I’d rather see skaters get paid for their talents than not.

I’m with you. The majority of the time, someone getting on Primitive just means we get more footage from them. As someone who hasn’t looked at skateboard graphics in years, I’m for it.

i really thought pros would get a lot more than 10 boards every 4 months. 2 of them were crusiers so i guess he can skate a new one every 2 weeks.
and to only get 1 of his own pro model in the box...

Nah man. If you are the only dude on birdhouse I can even name besides mike hawk, you should be getting more than 8 boards (doubt he is riding off the side of vert ramps on cruiser boards. Then again this dude is just that zany…maybe he does idk) every 4 months. That’s just funny.

dudes on companies much smaller than birdhouse were still getting their fatty boxes, plus the classic monthly beater box of outdated softgoods and boards that aren’t their size to sell off at bluepark for weed money.
