Well, a quick glance at his Instagram account suggests he selling boards for some income. You could purchase a piece of skateboarding history for $500, a board Duane HIMSELF skated after a 6 year injury! All proceeds go to "keep demon robots out of skateboarding."

These are grown men who should know better, but there is a long history of confusing "punk rock" with "stunted" I guess. The guy needs help. Back in the 70’s and 80’s, companies would compare their products to ‘leading brands’ on TV commercials.

Because they couldn’t use the other companyies’ names, they would cover the logos and call them ‘Brand-X’.

As for Uncle Flea comparing Duane to Jason Adams, I think that’s stretching it.
Jason’s art is definitely derivative of Duane, but he has enough talent to make it his own thing. And it looks good.
