Looking at the current Converse line and I’m thinking what shoes would Jake Johnson skate? They don’t make the weapons or metric anymore.

That said, it's sad to see Theories and that whole aesthetic become a commodity. But to be honest, like wtf does Lakai have to do with Theories? Did Lakai ever flow shoes to anyone in Static 2? Nah.

What's the name of these low tops?
Lakai shoes always feel like a shitty hybrid of Adidas and Nike knock offs.I wonder if skater owned companies wouldn't be dying if they did things the way the bigger brands do in sticking with specific models and releasing skater-specific colorways or alternates? That way you don't end up with a ton of shoes that might completely flop and were designed by someone that might not even know shit about aesthetics or what sells to normal kiddos.
For me, the less prominent the Flare is, the more interested I am in the shoe. It's been this way for me for the last five or so years. The Daly is a legitimately great shoe, and it features almost no branding.
Tate is one of the best posters that's not me
I think these are pretty cool lookin’
Raven is not mentioned with the team on the opening page of that Lakai catalogthose knockoff Blazers do look alright. i just got some Bristols, was happy to give Lakais another shot.
