i'll start this by sayin i think GH is actually too politically illiterate to be an ideological fascist/racist and that lots of this behavior stems from him just being sheltered, though his reach and influence in skateboarding is powerful enough to end careers

you have numerous black skaters voicing that GH unjustly targets their culture.  it's enough voices that this can not be ruled a big nothing

coincidentally, Gifted Hater is selling political merch targetting the largest anti-fascist voice, Hasan, a massive proponent of rights for the homeless, black, gay, trans, etc. communities

I think it's fair to start asking these questions as the dog whistling is kinda getting hard to ignore. Then again, you know you're old when you can't tell if you're being trolled.

If GH wants to continue to exist just outside of the mainstream and post content that is critical of all skaters (which was the point of the fishbowl video I think) then it's probably time for some self-reflection and some acknowledgement of priveleges and biases. And it’s not like Beatrice has style or trick/spot selection on her side to make her “cool” despite her mid skillset like so often is the case with skaters from certain parts of the country. I haven't watched all of GHs  content by any means...but from what I've seen it seems like his main targets are:
1. Cariuma
2. Berra/the Berries
3. People who don't spin their tricks all the way
4. Contest skaters, but also weirdly focused on contests/street league.

Every once in awhile I see some sort of red hat with "Make America Poop Again" or some damn thing on it, and go, "ew gross." This happens often enough to make me feel some kinda way. But it didn't seem like it rose to the level of "fascism."

Has anyone got specific examples of hateful racist stuff? So I don't have to go back and reevaluate his whole catalogue clip by clip?

I appreciate your view on this man, the lips are more of a representation for the shit black skaters (and people) have had to deal with for a long time and coming from a edgelord affluent OC kid it may seem like fun criticism, but to me he’s a microcosm for a certain brand of racism/racial ignorance. How Robert Neal wearing a hot wheels jacket is seen as a point of comedic criticism but to me and a lot of black people I know we all grew up wearing nascar racing jackets and forces as little kids. For him to see it as funny to me reads as him finding black culture clownish (he seems to target black skaters for things ingrained in our culture) .
