Mikey is only 400ish votes above the fourth top candidate, who is some dude named Kyle Rohbach. I looked at this website and he seems to be a left leaning Democrat? The trend with voting is that people who lean left tend to vote by mail instead of voting in person, which means that their ballots are counted later on and can swing a narrow margin like this. I saw it happen in my city a few years back with some progressive city council candidates in the same situation as this. The progressive left leaning candidate was in fourth for two or three weeks before he finally just barely got enough votes to take third. It's very possible that this Kyle guy beats Mikey in the end.
TLDR: don't count your horses just yet.
