I find the usual lacquer/clear coat takes so long, goes on too think and the aerosol is gnarly.....is there a brush on product that works better... For concrete ledges.....

Never used the stuff but around the 50 second mark in this video he mentions some stuff called super acrylic floor finish

Flooring stuff could work, it dries pretty hard. Aerosol and rub brick should be the go to though. Any brush on clear is gonna need time to cure though up to a day per coat depending what you get

I just find on raw concrete and if you're doing a lot it's a lot of aerosol.....I just think I could lay it on thicker and faster with a thick brush....

There's brush on polyurethane that you could use. Just get a matte finish for maximum inconspicuous-ness.

Hammer paint has worked pretty well for me. When you grind it, it feels like the paint they put on curbs.

I've used rustoleum lacquer from a spray can. It's like $4 and dries very fast. You'll want a few coats. A can can do a couple small ledges or a longer curb
