I've had the same issue, but if you can do the trick slow, you can do it fast. I once heard somebody say that more speed=more stability, you just have to make yourself do it. I used to try to pretend I wasn't moving and focused on jumping straight up and making sure my leading shoulder was open upon landing (especially helpful with fast fakie and switch flips). Those little distractions, like the shoulder thing, help me get away from hesitating during the trick since I'm already focused on the landing mid pop/flip. Idk if that helps or makes sense? Either way, you're gonna eat shit every now and then, might as well try not to think about it, it's gonna happen regardless.
