If this is true thats to bad. Never was huge into Gang Starr but I appreciated how positive Guru was whenever I did listen.

Yeah, really. I looked up some articles and the dude is in a coma, still alive. Granted the articles say it doesn't sound good for him pulling though.

Read this earlier today and listened to Gangstarr on the way home bumming over it. Been one of my all time favorites since I got into hip hop however many years ago. I wish him nothing but the best recovery.

gangstarr is the shit. cant touch those dudes. all their albums start to finish are straight fire. for me, its pretty much gangstarr, tribe and wu. in that order. heres kalis' dc part for us to watch.

I just read his "letter" from allhiphop. How long until someone pops one into Solar? This is the real tragedy. The coverup of his mismanagement at the end of his life. Also the self-proclamation at being the progenitor of hip hop/jazz (Digable Planets did more innovative stuff than the whole jazzmatazz series ever did).
