Have any of you checked out that new crafty vape?
Looks like a good bump.
I was lucky enough to get a Volcano for free so I'm a big fan of Storz and Bickel's craftsmanship and quality but there are way cheaper products out there that are just as good. I'm waiting on the Dabaratus to drop from O.Pen, you gotta check it out.
The crafty has had really solid reviews so far. The price in the US seems quite a bit higher though. In fact, it is cheaper to buy it direct from Germany and they offer free shipping. Think I'll give it a spin!
Let me know how it works. I'm curious how easy it is to clean and actually use discretely.
Had it for a week or so. As a vape it is really impressive. The draw resistance is really low and the effect is great.
Using discretely, I'd say the Pax still beats it here.
Worth a pop though. It will improve Christmas.
I just can't picture either of those devices being more discrete than a wax pen, doesn't the process of grinding, packing and cleaning kind of kill any discretion?
I always pre-grind a few ovens and take it with me. The PAX is actually very discrete. You can roll along, pack it and fire it up very quickly.
The crafty is less easy to load but the quality is way better.
Neither unit is really meant to be cleaned on the move and I can't see why you would need to.
I hear most vape pens will combust, which basically defeats the purpose if that's true.
It seems to me that you get what you pay for.
Ground weed still stinks pretty bad though.
I have 2 O. Pens that have been going for almost a year each respectively, the first I got from a free promotion and the other is selling for around $30 right now.
I totally get the whole you get what you pay for way of thinking but I feel it might be a bit antiquated. We're in a buyer's market now, these companies will (hopefully) be competing to put out the best, most affordable product.
A friend bought a fake Pax and then sold it straight away. Completely different.
Cost wise, I'm sure that you can get something to do the job for cheaper, but it depends how much you want to enjoy the experience.
If you have a volcano at home though, it might not be worth it.
If the vape isn't combusting, the smell shouldn't be too strong and dissipate very quickly.
Check out the Vape critic site. His reviews seem pretty reliable.
