I still haven't seen the last episodes of The Real World. and can't find a good place to watch Curb your Enthusiasm online.

I just spelled Enthusiasm right without having to look it up.

my left nut gets stuck to my inner left thigh, and when I wiggle to get it free, moments later my right nut gets stuck to my right inner thigh. Fucking Testicles!

Just stick them up inside.  Here is a tutorial.

Not stoked that I downloaded that before and watched the whole thing.
Also not stoked that I'm going to do it again.

Last Monday I had a meeting with a "job developer".. after talking about how much she went out that weekend.. she said to just hold tight, that she'd get my resume fixed up, talk to her media contacts about jobs, send me a follow up email with some additional questions, and we'd meet up again next Wednesday at 9am, aka tomorrow.

I hadn't heard from her since then, so I emailed her today to check up on our meeting tomorrow. She replies and pretends that our meeting was for 9:30, and that we wouldn't have enough time if I work at 10. I was originally told she starts at 8. She asks if I've applied anywhere yet when she hasn't even touched my resume, or contacted me since saying "I'll email you with more details tomorrow."

Real professional, and from an employment specialist.. isn't it ironic?

Have to complete an internship at an agency for uni this semester, and having trouble finding one.  If you write a formal boring letter, they ignore you, so I wrote a nice concise letter stating what I wanted:

Quote from: mr. otsu

Dear _________

As part of the course for a final year advertising subject, students are asked to undertake an 80-hour internship at a professional agency.  While we are traditionally provided with a list of receptive agencies to contact, we are also allowed to contact non-traditional media companies to negotiate a working relationship.

The purpose of this e-mail is to open up that discussion.

My name is mr. otsu, I'm currently completing a Bachelor of Communications at the ________________, and I'm very much interested in undertaking my internship at _________.  I admire the work that you do, and was greatly wowed by your website (even though the links did not work sometimes).  I feel that I could learn a lot from you, whilst providing a keen and curious mind to the team.

What the internship entails is the examination of inter-agency roles (or role), to gain a greater understanding of work in a professional environment, and the completion of a learning contract drawn up by both parties.  What your agency stands to gain is an enthusiastic, multi-skilled student that is excited about new ideas, and that is willing to learn.  Additionally, you get 80+ hours of free labour (did I mention that it was free?)

Again I would like to re-iterate my desire to intern at __________, to learn the ropes of the industry, whilst not distracting you from your normal work.  There is a traditional story of the Parsi people, that when they tried migrating to an already overpopulated India, the Raja sent them a full bowl of milk to signify that there was no space for them.  The Parsi's sent the full bowl of milk back, with a spoonful of sugar dissolved in it, to signify that their presence would not overflow the country, only help to sweeten it.

I would like to be the sugar to your milk.

Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Regards
-mr. otsu

Still denied.  Feeling a bit down, I was sure they couldn't refuse me

Bought a new fisheye for my camera, but shows the vig from the hood of the lens. It's not removable, So i had to take a pair of pliers to break off the lens hood so it wouldn't show up in the shot.  :'( Other than that, it's a great lens

For some reason, over the last year, my frontside (on transition) skills have completely gotten fucked up.  When I was younger, it was actually easier for me to do a frontside grind than a backside, and once even did one on vert (probably my highest accomplishment on vert).  I don't know if it's some sort of mental block or what, but now even on small transitions it's gotten completely inconsistent... sometimes I'll sit on a good one then 10 seconds later go at it again and completely miss it.  I never know what it is I'm doing right (or wrong), it just feels so awkward now.

Sometimes I wish I could hire skate coach to let me know what the fuck I'm doing wrong.

Also, I sleep like shit every single night.. but one thing at a time.

weird, might be something physical
have you suffered from ankle/hip/back/shoulder or neck pains during the last year? have you noticed range of motion loss in any part of your body? any shoulder/lower back/hip weakness? gained weight? started working out on specific muscle groups or working out in general?
try stretching more, maybe even do some yoga. might help, might not but its still good for you

Riding the train this morning, I felt intense disgust and hatred when looking around at the other people. Everyone is so self-absorbed and indolent. They don't pay attention at all to people getting on or off the train. They don't budge until someone screams in their ears or pushes past them. They're all staring blankly ahead or at their smartphones. They all have huge bags which they refuse to take off to create more room for other passengers. New York turns humans into walking sacks of garbage.
