i get what hes going for, the man loves street photography and so do i. candid photos are some of the best, but it doesnt translate well when youre using video... especially on your iphone. if he shot a still photo of her from that angle it probably would have been a cool shot. but instead took video like a weirdo.

It's just weird and creepy. If I was reading a book sitting on a bench in a park and some guy I don't know took a video of me and felt he needed to post it on the world wide web as, "Art." I would think it's not okay. At least introduce yourself and tell the people that you intend to post their photo on the internet.
