Fuck anyone sick enough in the head to take advantage of a kids innocence/ignorance and do some life damaging shit to them. i worked with kids for years at a ymca camp, ive heard plenty of fucked stories of bad home lives and no kid should have to deal with that shit.

I've begrudgingly started to come around on Complements4u or whatever he goes by now. He's a fucking weirdo, which I do miss about this place.
I miss SFB, and a special thank you goes to Monkey giving me some tips on my LA vacation and then even following up afterwards to ask how it went. Also GAY, the only PAL who follows my IG :)

GAY because I feel like he made this forum accept gay people. Like not many years ago the concept of people starting threads on pros insulting each other saying faggot wouldn’t have been a big deal. Like some of slap is up in arms about it. That’s pretty cool to see happen in real time over a decade.

Thank you sir. I do in fact believe the && stuff I say. I genuinely don’t troll when I talk about him. I truly do think he is a transcendent skateboarder. I actually don’t troll much, but I do sometimes, and the beauty is that I have enough beliefs people disagree with here that they don’t know which is which, which makes it even more fun. When I troll on slap I do it in a very cerebral way and if u pay attention to how I post u can catch it. Like when I actually decide to write long posts(kind of a signature style I’ve associated with this account) I’m being genuinely dead ass serious. I give Slap the real insights when I long post. I feel like I have a lot to contribute here sometimes because I’m a very unique individual in how skateboarding has been in my life. I’m glad someone actually enjoys my long rants, they generally start with a hefty amount of herb too.
Edit: I also have to say I absolutely laugh my ass off when I see shit like so and so pro/legend would think terribly of this guy, and then I know the dude or am friends with a close friend to a person, and I know that whoever is posting has no clue. I see this in && threads a lot, but it pops up other places. Some have legitimately made me laugh my ass off because certain ones are those guys favorite skaters.

I'd love to be able to take credit for something like this, but the truth is that the forum accepted me on its own. When I came here, I was terrified of uniform rejection, and the reality was the complete opposite. Even when I first joined, when people would come at me with epithets, lots of people would come out in support and tell those folks to calm that shit down. I'm one of those people that's pretty terrified of confrontation so if it had been any kind of battle, it probably wouldn't have happened. SLAP has been kind and accepting to me from my day one. That's why when I read stuff about it being such a cesspool I just don't jive with that.
Again, I appreciate the shoutout, and cheetasheets I'm quite fond of you, but I just wanted to go on record as saying that all I did was show up and be out about my sexuality...SLAP handled the acceptance and homophobia on its own. And I'm eternally grateful for that...it allowed me to accept myself as a gay skater. Cool stuff!

GAY - it goes without saying of course but also for inviting me to your home and doing the skit at The Eagle even though you were clearly uncomfortable. You and your husband were so welcoming and it was a rad time. Love ya bud.
FMS - when I was originally tossing around the idea of the Pals Quesitons some people were for it and some people weren’t. FMS was the only one to reach out and offer to help. He guided me on what I neeeded and offered to help edit it. Which is why although I appreciate people wanting to help behind the scenes now It’s just gonna be me and him.
Doublesteveburger - for making the sick painting for me and for connecting me with one of my favorite AZ skaters growing up that will do a Pals quesitons soon.
Most of those guys are not under appreciated so I’ll give it up to Compliments who has grown on me as well.

I know me, iwishilivdinfinland, and a couple other posters here all used to post there. Did you go onto the newer blabs that Tao made after Emerica switched up the original forum format? He made it mimicking the original black/grey format on a freewebs domain - seemed like basically all of the OG posters migrated there in a big exodus when it happened (I've got a link if you want it but it's a ghost town now and not in it's original form)

GAY because I feel like he made this forum accept gay people. Like not many years ago the concept of people starting threads on pros insulting each other saying faggot wouldn’t have been a big deal. I have a few posters I enjoy reading what the have to say. Obviously Pete, GAY and SFB. I'm really close with cool hats and pl0p in real life. Compliments4u is always entertiaining. Gaunt and me post the same Jake Rupp lost part every other day. I like Mcidraque, Monogloid, Rick Kane, Dave Fuck, FeedMeSeymore, SneakySecrets and lots others. I don't know there's too many. I like a lot of the trolls, along with the normal posters, along with the psychos. It keeps it interesting.

This kid I used to skate with would always do the thing where he would “joke” about wanting to be on your top 8, and if you didn’t put him on he would keep “joking” about it more and more intensely before actually angrily confronting you about it. Even when they let you do more than 8, I never put him on.
