I always fall on my hands and the palms of my hands are constantly a bit swollen and hurt. Even if I don‘t fall or wear protectors for a while, one slam is enough to make them hurt again. I think there are some underlying contusions that never fully heal. How to deal with this, what are some strategies or recipes, remedies etc.?
