I submitted another follow up with DLX as a last ditch effort and a new guy replied saying they would hook me up and apologized. He said he replaced the other guy so maybe I got lost in the transition. I'll follow up when I got my replacement.

i did the warranty through dlx and had my shit in like 2 weeks tops, i remember it was really fast

I snapped an indy on flatground in 2019, posted just a instagram thing as their slogan was guaranteed for life. Anyway got a dm from them and received 2 pairs of trucks, a standard pair and a hollow kingpin and axle pair with 2 tshirts. Pretty stoked on it not bought a truck since
