So I like to sniff all my product when I get new stuff and wheels usually don’t have much of a smell.

I opening elites package yesterday and gave them a sniff and they (no joke) smelled so strongly like cocain.
I asked some kid to smell them at the park and he said they smelled like poison to him lol.

Anyone else every sniff their brand new OJ elites?
It was a strooong smell. Very strange but I couldn’t stop sniffing them.

Maybe my fourth time skating my coke scented elites and I already have a flat spot from warm up back 180s.
Kinda bummed but it will prolly smooth back out
I’ll probably give these away to someone in need , I’m ready to just roll on F4s again.

I'm skating the 99a Hardline's after a friend of mine who gets wheels from them spoke highly of them. I've been skating them about 3 months now, definitely a bit less smooth than F4's, they have a bit more grip to them and feel less predictable when sliding but still feel very nice. If they hold up and don't drop in quality by the time I'm done I would definitely consider getting them again. In conclusion, are they better than F4's or STF's? No. But I like them and would say they're worth a shot if you feel like a change.
i pop my shields and sprinkle some sand in there. i want to make sure i approach that ledge as slow as possible so i dont slip out on my 5050s

I don't know if a flat spot rolling out quick is a good thing, that just means the wheels shrink fast.

Well I’ve had some wheels fix themselves within an hour of the flat spot, I skated around 2 hours yesterday.

But yeah you’re right it’s too soon to say for sure that it won’t happen.

Depends on the size of the flat spot also. A good wheel won't get big flat spots most of the time and you can iron them out with a few hill bombs. In saying that I once deliberately tested the limits of  Bones SPF and power slid the shit out of them on rough ground and got such a large flat spot... it was too jarring to even ride and I doubt it would ever have work itself out...
