What I'd really like is to hear Nigel's analysis regarding the aeronautical innovations of the original MiG fighter jets and their impact on the evolution of American military aeronautics during the Cold War, I think that would make for an interesting piece of content for the gram.

Slice up an avocado, pat the cut sides in garlic powder and a little salt. Sear in a pan and add on top of whatever appropriate dish you’re making. Makes a nice crust, and adds a little bitterness in a good way.
