While certainly worthy of SLAP message board debate, the idea of building spots wasn't all that taboo for quite a long time. From Adam McNatt's roller coaster rails to Daewon's picnic table constructions to wooden park footage from Climax being acceptably tossed into street part.
I think Berra got the hate because of the ruse and because it didn't alter a street obstacle to make it skateable, but presented a made obstacle as natural street.
And, thus, I give Marc's concrete-colored manual pad on a ledge a half-Berra.
