I've been rocking the soup and grilled cheese diet hard. Whipping up a couple things tonight, first a standard chili + pineapple and beer. I haven't added the veggies yet but I may have gone a little heavy on the beer. Not the worst ingredient to go overboard on, I guess.
Second, a good old Acadian Fricot. Chicken, potato, onion, seasoning, water, butter, flour. So easy, at least I hope it will be.
