Dorian Electra (the artist who made the song) is actually heavily critically acclaimed and praised by several well known artists. Definitely not for everyone but also definitely music loads of people love.

That's fine. I can believe some people like it. I was really into PC Music when that was a big thing. My point is, no one really cares if they "tell on themselves" when it comes to not appreciating a polarizing sub-genre of music, especially "old men."

Music taste is subjective. It's not like "telling on yourself" and revealing yourself to be homophobic or something.

Like how do you think these old men react now that they have been notified that they told on themselves? "Oh no, I've told on myself. I didn't realize hyperpop was legitimate, how will I ever show my face on Slap again?"

The music choice is whatever. It's just funny when people criticize other people's music choices, or what they edit their parts to like "mumble rap" or whatever, and their music tastes are just as shitty. Like the music you listen to isn't more high-level art than the stuff that you criticize.

The fits, trick selection and music are all pretty edgy and interesting.
I enjoyed it all and am classified as an old head.
Felt more inspired to step outside my normal bag of tricks and expand my mind on my board a bit.
This part is equally split traditional and current trick wise and will probably cause more trend shifts then the latest Emerica or Toy Machine video.

I don't really like the song, I just find curious when people think that if you listen to this kind of music (or any kind) it has be ironic, like there is no way for someone to actually having a good time with this. It's kind of like saying "If I don't get it the others must be pretending".

But yes I should not have targeted "old men", you can be old and cool as fuck. I somehow pictured old dude beeing mad listening to this song but that was a dumb statement. I stand corrected
