Destructo D2. Bizarre impulse buy. Brand new on eBay for $20. Have skated well so far. 52 mm tall with a good  grind. Feel like a lower, lighter and more stable Indy. Also dig the 8.38 hangar width. Replaced stock bushings with bones.

I wanted to get just a new set of reds because I need bearings and last night when I was drunk I ordered a set of 58 spitfire 93a, an fa board that has like a picture of three kids arm and arm and it looked kind of cute, and 3 separate sets of Brandon Biebel signature 7/8s diamond Allen hardware for some reason.

I sort of forgot about it until now that I’m playing on my phone and saw the order. I forgot the bearings. I’m an idiot.

My last SW order with dunks never made it to my front door.

So I ordered again.

Black white gum suede converse AS-1. A little disappointed they aren’t as thick as the dunk or forum, but it feels like a higher quality shoe.

I also also picked up
Jaws Bronson G3s
Large spitfire sticker
Regular Thunder sticker
Grizzly grip
Hardware
Orange thunder bushings
Madness risers to make sure I spent all my credit

Slip ons are my go to. I find them to be kinda ugly, but it's what works best for me. Very durable too.
Usually I microwave them so the break in faster. Two rounds of 15 seconds.

Element are most commonly two woodshops, BBS (Mexico) as per pic from Twist and then more so now from China (unknown as they are very difficult to determine, but other Element complete boards came from Excel, said it on the board box) for anywhere besides EU which are from HLC and say it on them as well.

So yeah, China made boards - says it on that little red sticker, slightly different shapes to the BBS boards, totally different concave, solid decent boards for people on a budget, as a few people I know bought bulk clearance boards and skate them a lot, holding up well, etc.

When they are so cheap, it actually works out really well in value for money too.

That mini board is a trip though, pretty cool to see.

Nice pics!!!

Both from China, check the text on the red sticker. Decent wood.

8.75 skatesamples popsicle, AF1 hollow 60s, the chems skate 3/8" tool and some pepper grip

Ended up drilling the tail back .375" in order to make the nose/tail lengths identical. Hoping it feels good with the 14.3 wb, if not I can always try out the 8.8 popsicle and drill a 14.5 wb.

Got the Santa Cruz Maurio Mccoy 8.4 twin, really tapered tips and looks almost egg like which is cool since I've wanted to try one for a bit.

I might have not purchased bearings but I luckily didn’t piss my surf pants. Thank you for the reminder. I’m doing okay!

Update it was only 2 separate sets of Brandon Beibel diamond 7/8s Allen hardware. Still not sure my thought process there.

FA board is the same dimensions as the hockey 8.5 x 31.9 x 14.25 I’m skating but it’s more rounded. I love a square board so I’m alittle bummed. I don’t know why I’m veering away from ps stix 8.5 x 32.125 x 14.25 square shape. It’s the perfect board. I held a quasi prototype in my hand at the shop this morning and I had to convince myself not to buy it because I have like 4 boards at home on ice. I’m still going to skate the fa board. I’ll probably skate it soon. Who knows I might really like it.

Stoked to try out the 93a soft sliders. I live and love in New Jersey and my spot I normally skate flat on is pretty shitty ground so I’m excited to try them. Picked some bearings and a couple sheets of grip this morning.

Surf pants are still dry of urine.

been on a DC run lately, don't know why I did this to my wallet but couldn't let these sit on depop & ebay for good prices, esp those grey/red Lynx lightly skated for $30

LOL no way! what are the chances? hope you're not a size 10 then we'd really be dueling for these pairs  ;D

skating the grey/red Lynx now and next will be the Kalynx, want another pair of Shanahan's (but not for $140 retail) they're much comfier than the Clocker 2s even though it has the same mid and outsole.
