i had one of them and sold it, foolishly... to buy a gibson sg, which to this day i hate. no matter what i do to it or pay someone else to do to it, i despise the fucking thing.

i had a toronado too, which was badass, pretty much a jazzmaster crossed with a jaguar. they're now discontinued and i want one again so fucking bad.

I love fender's versatility.  a friend has an sg, and while nice to play, it sounds like ac/dc all the time

cool man, i like your mustang, what's your rig? what kinda stuff do you play?

i mean, imo you cant really go wrong with an SG, you can get a huge variety of great distorted tones, SG and a tube amp with EL34's and i'm set.
