It'll probably look like a big block of resin on my wrist but I don't care, I wanted something durable and reliable to wear for work and stuff. Can't go wrong with the tried and true. I'm not making the kind of scratch where I could afford one of the nice German automatics that I want but G-Shocks will always be cool.

ive got the same watch. its like the one watch gshock didnt make for trendy little turdbuglers. its seriously tough as shit and high quality and its not too bulky or anything

ive got stuff for a new computer on the way. ive been out of the computer game for like 5 years but itll be fun to put one together again.
Yup - it actually wears a lot smaller than I expected it to. I'm loving this watch a lot more than I thought I would. I definitely am thinking about adding another to my collection, I don't like those wild ones they come out with but there's something to be said about the blend of function and tech that just makes for a really cool design piece. I totally understand why people go crazy collecting G-Shocks.

Bought from Brick Harbor (mistake), then it arrived with a warped tail. I'll just hang it on my wall I guess.

Don't let karmaloop sell you a defected product. Id return that bitch , get a new one, and shred it.

Called about returning it, they told me it would take a week to process the return order, and another 7-10 days to ship it back to me. I'm not waiting that fucking long. It looks good on my wall anyways. I'll just make sure to get those boards from Theories when they're in stock next time, since my local shop doesn't carry them.

Gone a bit over on the boards. Entropy MJ 7.75, Workshop Colorsync 7.75, Magenta 7.8 cheers ALT and Prize Fighter Cutlery 54mm Bees. Cant wait to get those on and skate them. Not bad shipping speed and cost to the UK either.

This guy convinced me to switch. I bought the exact razor in the video.

EDWIN JAGGER DE89: Do YOU Want The BEST & CLOSEST Shave Ever? Try Shaving With a SAFETY RAZOR!

I tested a small area and it works surprisingly well, just like he described in the video. No pulling like a multi blade razor. Shaves smooth and no razor burn (I have sensitive skin).

How much did this cost you? I watched that entire video and I don't think I've ever been more stoked on shaving.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

I think around $100. Brush, cream, bowl, and razor with 5 blades. The bowl and razor should last me a lifetime. Well worth the investment in my opinion.

I've been using a straight razor for a little over a year now and while it takes a bit to get used to, it really is the best.  Super close, significantly cheaper and in a weird way it actually is something you kinda look forward to.  You can get a whole set up for around $100.  There's really high end shit out there, but there is no need to start like that.  Get an entry level one and then if you feel like stepping your game up (razors and brushes are where people can spend) then do it later on.

Oh and I bought a box of 100 blades for something like $10.  Retardedly cheap.

Do you get razor burn with it? And isnt it kinda scary too?

This will be my third one! The last one I had was amazing, so I'd expect that this will be just the same. I can't wait for the next season of Magenta gear to come out.
