clear grip and a little gluestick or some spray adhesive no doubt. I'm 'bout to do a similar job on this board I'm working on right now. wraparound graphic thats cleargrip die-cut.

Anyways, on to my purchases

Got a couple shop decks as xmas gifts for some friends back east, along with this sick fantasy art poster for one of 'em.

Got the WWF Championship belt for a buck at a thrift store, I'm gonna fuck with it and turn it into a trophy for a series of mini ramp contests that I'm planning for the spring.
(its gonna be semi-wrestling/boxing themed. Ropes and turnbuckles round the deck, head to head and tag team matches, different rule sets for different match-ups, color commentary from a couple announcers, rounds that end in returning to your corner and getting patched up from a coach/manager, and hopefully even a card girl or two. The Super Ramp Championship Federation is going to kick street league right in the solar plexus and then bang it over the head with a folding chair, knocking its truck back into correct "kingpin-in" alignment.)

Oh, and I stole those insoles out of a pair of the spitfire red chukka lows. The shoes themselves were beat to shit, but the insoles were pretty clean and I didn't wanna pass 'em up, or pay 8 bucks for kicks I'd just wind up tossing up on a line.

got my self some b-day presents:

what a lucky purchase, that lp went out of print some time ago. most random find ever, i'm so stoked because i've been looking for this record for some time now.

the complete discography from moss icon. sounds so much nicer on vinyl!

this jacket, i hope it keeps me warm like the similar dickies one i had. if not i will probably send it back... i really hate long coats for some reason, they make me feel like i'm a dwarf.

New glasses as all my others are broken or glued together, and I save my contacts for skating.

Got them from clearly contacts. Blind Canadian PALs should get on it before the end of the month, frames and lenses were free, all I payed for was shipping. I ended up saving almost $200.

Also got new inhailers because yeah I am basically completely broken as a human.

Unfortunately, I only bought a fake one that was $50. If I had the excess money, I woulda definitely forked up $3500 for
a legitimate one. I'm a huge fan of Giger's work and this is one of his masterpieces.
And yes, it's gonna be a tough one bringing friends over and them asking why the fuck I have this in my room.
Why explain, it's just a cool object to have in the room.
I think I'll buy Kim Jong Il from this set, if you can buy single ones:

Yeah I'm currently in Vegas (I lived way on the west side of town when i first got here 3 1/2 years ago, but I've lived in hendertucky and on the other side of the strip, fairly close to where your at, for over a year now) but I'm gonna be driving all the way back to new england at the end of November.
The Let It Roll boards are really good, and Josh did a sick job with the new graphic.

So one sheet of regular black grip, a square of clear grip, spray on glue, and some paper? can you use regular printer paper? or does it have to be some special paper?

I used this glue called "The Ultimate", just an all purpose craft glue. I'm sure a glue stick would work just as well though. And yeah just glue it down then cover that portion with clear grip. I used printer paper and got some wrinkles from a little too much glue but it will work fine as long as you spread it light and even.

I haven't skated in a long time, so I finally went and got some shoes. I'll probably get a board later.

Those shoes look tight. I like the new Axion alot, even though I have never seen the shoes anywhere around here.

I just bought this Carhartt Parka. The winter cant fuck with me this year. First real warm jacket in forever!
