Did you guys have some money to blow and thought might as well, or are these really worth the money? I know they're "the best" but how much of a difference can there be between these and $15.00 bearings?

I get them for the durability. I clean them and upkeep them and they outlast $15.00 bearings for me. Plus they do actually roll really nicely. If you've got the money for them they're a solid investment. I can usually keep them through 6-7 sets of wheels

I've been skating on the same set of Super Swiss 6's since the summer of 2010. I think I paid roughly $30 for them on a Skate Warehouse summer sale. I can firmly say that no other bearing that I have owned has lasted even half this long, regardless of price.

just buy 2 sets of reds at once and switch them out individually as needed. you wont remember the last time you spent money on bearings

I buy bearings every time I buy wheels because I'm too lazy to take them out and I'm not buying shit with my allowance.

Anyone else listen to ovlov? They are from CT and sound like a mix between Dinsoaur JR and MBV.

You must be new at this.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

my gf got me these two decks at a Vans outlet for $55 w/ grip (both 8.1. so stoked on 'em)

found the Polar hoody for 30 bucks on the premier site. also picked up some formula fours and an un-obnoxious neff corduroy hat for cheap from there. shirts/hat for a little over $5 each at Vans store and some levis & calvin klein pants from tha mall.

bought tickets for this too.

was gonna buy the blue/grey premium Project B.A.'s, but $120 + shipping is crazy for a skate shoe. i'll have to wait till those get marked down before i pull the trigger.
