hey useless wooden toy banter, wanted to post on here to show you something i've made to help you get sale shit from skate shops for cheap. It's called union discount, it collects sale sections from 120+ stores worldwide and puts them in one place so you can filter by brand, size and category.

All items go through to the original store, so you purchase everything through them. i do not and never will take any money from the stores!

You get cheap stuff, you support a real skate store, and they get more sales/get rid of stock they might be struggling to sell.

just a lil update that i've added sorting by price as default, so you can see the biggest savings first: https://uniondiscount.net
a couple other changes:
- the sorting by price uses a weighted system, putting super cheap or expensive items at the end. to avoid 1 dollar bolts and 700 dollar coats appearing first.
- if you go page by page without specifying a brand, you'll see items from a curated list of brands first. then the rest at the end.
- removed any item with the word 'snowboard' from the results. No hate on snowboarding, just wanna focus on skate items for now.
- added search bar logic! coming this week so you can actually search for item names e.g. blazers etc
- The 'brands' filter dropdown shows a curated list of brands first, and the rest of the brands if you keep scrolling. if anyone thinks i've missed a legit brand please let me know.

It's been just over 1 month of Union Discount and we've seem some nice traffic, with 2k users and 26,000 page views. a lot probably from this forum, shoutouts to all of you. on days i dont even post about it, i see the odd 25ish people visiting, so people are hearing about it somehow

keep supporting those skater-owned stores! keep the money where it belongs
