Etnies Skatepark

I'm going to cali soon to visit some family who live right near the Etnies park in lake forest, their website says you have to wear full pads, helmet, knee and elbow. Does anyone know if this is actually true or just some rules that hopefully aren't enforced

wear long pants and long sleeves, then you'll only have to wear a helmet.

if it's hot, just wear a short sleeve shirt and sweatbands on your elbows.

the park is worth it
